What does Aaron do at PBAF:
As Chief Operating Officer, Aaron is responsible for operational and administrative strategy as well as donor development, marketing, and community relations.
What Aaron did before:
Aaron joined Permian Basin Area Foundation as Executive Associate in 2016 before taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2017. Prior to his work with the Foundation, he served as Development Director and Chief Financial Officer of Buffalo Trail Council, Boy Scouts of America from 2013 through 2015.
From 2006 to 2012, Aaron taught at an international school in Yokohama, Japan. Prior to that, he served in various roles with the Boy Scouts of America including Finance Director of San Francisco Bay Area Council and District Director for Westark Area Council.
Aaron currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Odessa Chamber of Commerce and is President of Polo Park Homeowners Association.

Oklahoma State University, BS in Business Administration and minors in International Business, Marketing, and French
