Raymond is responsible for general administration and technology at the Foundation.
What Raymond did before PBAF:
Previous to starting at the Foundation in January 2017, Raymond was development director for a local nonprofit. Other previous positions include those in small business as well as photography.

The University of Texas of the Permian Basin, Master of Public Administration Leadership Bachelor of Arts in Political Science
Nonprofit Executive Leadership Certification.
